Washington DC’s Longest Running Festival is this weekend!
This Sunday gather the family and take them out for a day of sun, fun, and culture at the 34th Annual Adams Morgan Day Festival, Sunday September 9th 2012, 12-7pm, on 18th St., NW between Columbia Road and Florida Avenue.
The children will definitely enjoy the kid’s fair:

- Bucanneer Pirate Ship Inflatable
- Monkey Bounce

- FacePainting (Noon – 6pm)!! What would a Kids Fair be without face painting? The Kids Fair Sponsor CAPCS Online will be offering free face painting…. Vampires, Princesses, Bears, Huggable Pets & Curly Q’s unlimited.
Grownups can have fun eating cultural food, while dancing away the calories with Jinga Dance Fitness, Sahara Belly Dancing and more
There will even be a health fair pavilion that will showcase health, sports, fitness, diet, and more. If you are interested in learning about going green, there will be a “green pavilion” with information about green technology, recycling, organic food, products, and more
